Phuket Governor Narong Woonciew has signed an order lifting quarantine requirements for visitors from Bangkok and all provinces except Samut Sakhon.
The order was signed yesterday (Feb 2). The Phuket Public Relations Department then published the original document and summary of the rules (see above).
If you don't read Thai, here is what you need to know.

As we reported earlier this week, Phuket is listed among the safest provinces with only minimal restrictions in force. Entertainment venues of all types including pubs, bars, and karaoke shops work normally. Restaurants and eateries are back to normal business as well. Music performances and dancing are also no longer prohibited.
Bath massage parlours, as well as a spa and Thai traditional massage shops, are allowed to serve clients. All indoor and outdoor gyms, fitness centers, and boxing stadiums are normal operations. Even competitions can be organized with a number of audiences in accordance with the rules and regulations.
And all the beaches are open and are as beautiful as always!
