There’s a new restaurant in Patong that might seem a little out of place. That’s because it is just so damn classy. The new Rustic Eatery & Bar looks like it belongs in a Hi-So neighborhood, rather than its seaside location.
The restaurant is run by former Master Chef winner, Nikola Lesar, who won the competition in Croatia, back in 2012 and it has all the charm of an Eastern European establishment.
After winning the comp in 2012, Lesar packed up his bags and moved to Thailand. He enhanced his skills at Le Cordon Bleu, Bangkok’s Asian cuisine course, and then he joined forces with renowned pastry chef, Mook Surajaroenjai, to make European/ Asian fusion dishes. Phuketians are now in for a treat. Already the restaurant has become hugely popular, so if you haven’t been there yet, be sure to check it out soon.
