An accident caused by a seemingly suicidal model on Monday has received love and criticism alike. Kritrada Tubtimphol, better known as “Namzom Zomy” was involved in a nine car pile-up which began when she drove her white BMW into another vehicle on Ratcahda Road. After what is currently being treated as an ‘accident’ the distressed model was heard shouting that she “wanted to die” by witnesses at the scene.
While love and care has been pouring in through the model’s Facebook and through other platforms, others are not so quick to sympathise. The daughter of one of those injured in the event has criticised how the model dealt with what seem to be some psychological issues. The way in which she acted endangered lives and has come at a heavy cost to many. This was emphasised by Facebook user Immo Pichamol who posted a photo of her injured father along with sentiments such as, “you may not love your life, but other people do” and “you may not act without thinking about your family, but other people always love and think about their families”. She also spoke of the cost of the medical treatment that her father required and that this may not all be covered by their insurance.
Perhaps this young lady is going through some difficulties, but the feeling among many is that as a result of her actions, so are others. This has not stopped tens of thousands from expressing their sympathy and love to the star and the incident has actually resulted in a huge spike in the number followers on her Facebook.
