If it’s hard for you to exclude animal origin food shorty from your diet, try to make it gradually, refuse from red meet for the beginning. Afterwards refusal of chicken, fish and other products won’t be such ”painfull”. And it’s better to consider it not as “refusal “,but as a replacement.
To avoid organism dehydration, drink not less than 2- 2,5 liters of water a day. Since I do sports, I drink about 4 liters. To drink 30-40 minutes before meal and 2 hours after -the best option.
If you worry about monotony of vegetarian cuisine, get the vegetarian cookbook or look for the thematic sites and communities -you’ll be pleasantly surprised how various, tasty and original might be the dishes, cooked according to vegetarian recipes. But fried,excess salt and plenty of mixed products and dishes won’t bring benefit even with this type of diet.
The food should be light, healthy and give energy but not take away. Nobody cancelled a slight feeling of hunger after meal. Go hungry and reckless. It still works!
